My Reiki Energy Healing practice began when certified as an Usui Reiki Master in 1997.

I have studied and been trained personally as a Reiki Master by

 Walter Lubeck, Grand Master of Rainbow Reiki®, Spiritual Healer and the author of over twenty books and publications on healing. 

Knowledge of Original Japanese Reiki Skills and Reiki Practices have also been learned with the teachings written by Reiki Master and Author Frank Arjava Petter

My Professional experiences include over 17 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist and 22+ years as a Certified Reiki Master Teacher.

Prior to becoming a resident of Arizona I worked 10 years at the Helen Sarandrea, PT Physical & Sports Therapies Center in Clinton, NY as a PTA, and later as a Licencesed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Practioner offering Medical Massage and Reiki.

I also wish to thank ALL my patients and clients for their trust and friendships over the years in both NY and AZ. 

For three years I worked "part time" treating patients including Veterans with a variety of conditions combining Therapeutic Massages with Reiki at The Falcon Clinic in New Hartford, NY along side Dr. Richard Chmielewski, DO, FACEP. This was a very rewarding experience.

SOME HISTORY:

Traditional Usui Reiki training began in the year 1997 while living in South America.   My initial Reiki Master was Dr. James Peterson.  He was a United States citizen, Chiropractor and proprietor of a holistic healthcare center. 

Reiki became an immediate "life path"  as I practiced it daily treating myself, family members, many clients, animals, and all living things.

In 1999 I became a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, and was thrilled teaching.  In every class, students transform before one another's eyes as they begin to practice Reiki on each other as "Lightworkers".  

I continue and enjoy observing with amazement and gratitude the positive energetic transitions which take place during my classes and treatment sessions.

In 2002 I attended my first International Reiki retreat in the Catskill Mountains at Rock Hill, NY meeting many Reiki Masters from around the world participating in classes given by Walter Lubeck, William Lee Rand, Laurelle & Michael Baird, Beth Simmons Stapor, and many other Reiki holistic healers of all levels. 

I was awarded a grant to attend Walter Lubeck's  First United States Rainbow Reiki Class in 2003 as one of his 12 initial students in Standing Stone, TN.  Trained personally by him I became Nationally Certified in Rainbow Reiki 1st and 2nd Degree; and a "Loving Relationships Instructor".

That same year I completed my 1000 hours of study and passed State Boards Exam to become a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist.

In 2007 I enrolled into Walter Lubeck's first United States Rainbow Reiki Instructor Class and am one of the first of 12 trained and certified in the United States offering Rainbow Reiki Classes.           

                                              

In November of 2011 and 2012 my twelve classmates and I met again in TN for seven days while receiving new initiations and teachings from Walter Lubeck.  With this new knowledge we are able to offer Advanced Healing Techniques which are unique for specific physical and emotional conditions.   We have been trained to both utilize and teach these skills.        

I offer very specific advanced Rainbow Reiki energy treatments Tailored to each client.    

To this date: Walter Lubeck, Classmates, other Instructors and myself are in touch over the internet weekly sharing new healing techniques with wonderful stories of our patients finding improved states of health and balance.  

Trained in White Feather Shamanism in 2012 and Angel Channeling in 2013 and 2015 there are more options for my clients to achieve emotional and physical as well as soul healing upon request. 

In May 2014 I became a certified practitioner of Rainbow Reiki Advanced Metaphysical Healing (AMH); again taught by Walter Lubeck in CT. 

Advanced Metaphysical Healing combines the work of Duff Cady, NLP Master Practitioner, LMT, & Reflexologist with the healing energies of Rainbow Reiki.  These advanced healing sessions assist one with releasing repressed anger, grief or traumatic experiences which may contribute to muscle tension and chronic pain.

In 2014 my studies included Personal Fitness Trainer with PTIA Certification.

* I have taken myofascial release CE Classes since 2012 with James Waslaski for Pelvic Stabilization & Complicated Knee Conditions, Ortho Massage for Knee, Lower Extremity, Shoulder Conditions, and Clinical Sports Massage.  This bodywork is excellent for active athletic maintenance, and for those in pain after an injury.  Clients have witnessed their improved flexibility, ranges of motion, stability and reduction in pain level applying these skills with stretching and strengthening techniques.
